Grilled Cheese and Cupcakes

It's been a great source of wonder to me why no one ever stops you on the street to ask where you can find a great grilled cheese sandwich. With the incoming wave of cultural cuisines, it seems like our own great American tradition of this basic sandwich is being tossed to the wayside.

What the hell, New York? What the hell?

I don't claim to be a grilled cheese expert, but in my own simplistic style, I'm all about the generous helpings of Meunster and slices of tomato laid to rest between two slices of challah bread. But when one thinks of all the great cheeses that are out there, the possibilities are endless!

In case you don't know, I love cheese. Adding cheese to anything makes the world a better place.
